Auto Insurance License Schools

How can I organize my committments to be less stressed?

Currently, I feel I am stretched too thin. I have a family business, an authentic mexican restaurant, a car dealership that I help my husband with, go to school full time, studying to get my insurance license to sell property and auto insurance, and I'm 6 months pregnant so I'm having to keep up with dr. appointments and continue running the household.

Sit down and seriously think about what you HAVE to do. Not what you think you have to do. You have to go to the doctor's for the baby, but other than that, what can wait. Can you take a leave of absence from school, hold off getting your insurance license, etc. Once you figure out what absolutely can't be put off, then write a list of things you need help with, such as running the household and the family business. Talk to your husband about the fact that you need some assistance with this stuff.

Don't over do it because you'll just stress yourself out and/or exhaust yourself. Neither one is good for your health or your baby. Women under too much stress are more likely to go into preterm labor.

As someone who is a overachiever, I know it isn't easy to let things go, but you need to try. Remember, only do what has to be done right now, the rest will wait.
